Joe Ripchick is a lifelong Virginia resident and proud graduate of Old Dominion University, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. For the first ten years of his career, Joe found his passion in the commercial construction industry where he managed a variety of marine construction projects. In 2022, he relocated permanently to Virginia Beach with his wife to manage the build of a commercial facility. Shortly after, he met Lenny at church and the two quickly realized their shared passion for the construction industry. Joe is excited to bring his project management skills to Riply Construction and support his local Virginia Beach neighbors in turning their house into their dream home.
