“Leonard “Lenny” Lyon is a retired Navy Veteran with over 27 years of honorable service as a Bomb Squad Technician. He started buying, selling, and renovating properties in the Hampton Roads area in 1998, and has worked on hundreds of remodels. In 2023 he started Riply Construction when the director of family ministry at his church couldn’t find a contractor to fix her kitchen, which had been water damaged for over 5 months. After renewing his Class “A” Builders License, which he had since 2013, he has taken on multiple projects in Virginia Beach that range from simple bathroom remodels to 800 sq ft additions and everything in between. His knowledge of Virginia Beach Code and Zoning is second to none!”
